Informed consent is another significant issue to that this research project focuses on, it means that an individual knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily and manifestly and gives consent. The focus paid in this project is to ensure that the information that necessitates this research work comes spontaneously from the respondent, from a clear mind and without any form of coercion or intimidation of the respondents. The autonomy of the respondents is ensured by first ensuring that the respondents knew that they are free to respond or decline to attend to the questions posed to them. This does protect not only the liberty of an individual but also defend personal veracity. Another importance ethical issue in this research beneficence, which mean that the purpose of this research is to benefit and not to harm (McGuire et al., 2008). The findings of this research will ensure that the conditions are improved for better service delivery.
