Difference in Ethics
According to Hardardottir, et al., (2019) there is a widespread acknowledgement that good ethics can positively impact organisation's economic performance, with literature suggesting that ethics, values, integrity and responsibility are prerequisites in today's workplace, assuming that strong ethical principles are necessary for good business (Joyner and Payne, 2002; Shaltegger and Burritt, 2018). However, to take a more in depth look into this, when it comes to Aspirational ethics it will then illustrate the most highly standards in the ethics practice that are then often use in ethics codes that is great. However, when it comes to Mandatory ethics, it will involve minimum standards on which all will and should have counselors and that they should make sure that they practice very well. The APA (2017) is making sure that they associated with the establishment of the codes of conduct and the ethics to the guide of the counseling of the practices that they have profession value that are very important to them in the way of living their ethical commitments.
What are the differences between principle ethics and virtue ethics?
Virtue ethics is the principle-based approach that you will only need to focus on the general principles that will guide your actions. On the other hand, the Principle ethics will help you form from the moral part of the principle ethics.
What types of ethics are represented in your profession?
Well, by being a very professional company who deals with a lot of vendors, we must make sure that we always stay very much professional. We are dealing with people all over the world and from different cultures so we must understand how they are feeling when they are not getting their freight on time or picked up on time. I would say that we represent principle ethics in our company.
