The article has focused on the challenges that affect career growth among women in Saudi Arabia. According to the authors, Saudi Arabia is one of the nations where it is a challenge for a woman to prevail and succeed. The reason behind it is associated with the fact that the laws of Saudi Arabia do not consider women as equal members of society. Therefore, women who are in the employment sector face prejudice and discrimination. An employer has an impact on the career growth of an employee. When the employer does not treat a female employee the way he or she treats a male employee, he or she may not offer the female employee a chance to advance in terms of career. The article has focused on the problem of research, and that makes it an important piece of information for the research.
