Eclectic Coffee Company (ECC) was founded in 1993 in Snowflake, AZ by Frida K. Smith. It started as one coffee shop, but it has grown to include over 300 locations all over the United States. In 2010, ECC started manufacturing its own coffee and exclusively features its own coffee in its locations and sell its packaged coffee products in grocery stores.
Much of ECC’s success can be attributed to its corporate vision and mission. It aims to be an ethical corporation that offers competitive benefits, a living wage, maternity leave, and work life balance. In addition, ECC values inclusion and diversity in their workforce and strategically hire and promote women and racial minorities. They also partner with their growers and claim to be a fair-trade business that leads the way in environmentally conscious “green retail”.
Your firm, LBKS has been hired to provide agreed upon procedures services for ECC to ensure that their current Human Resources practices and procedures align with their mission and vision.

Your requirements for this engagement:
1. Prepare an exhibit utilizing Power BI to determine if ECC is ready to begin the process of going public.
2. You will prepare a Summary of Findings (in Microsoft Word) to address the following items:
a. What is your conclusion on the current diversity in the Human Resources function based on gender, race, job title, and pay? Please use the findings from each visualization on your dashboard.
b. Is ECC currently fulfilling their mission of being an equitable and inclusive?
c. What are your recommendations regarding their plans to go public based on their current hiring practices?
