(PICO question, and 3 evidence base articles are above) write a 4-5 page double spaced recommendation (following APA 6th edition guidelines) that summarizes the “state of evidence” for your PICO question. Synthesize (Tie tother) the top three pieces of evidence to make an evidence-
based recommendation to answer your PICO question, indicating whether the evidence supports use of the targeted intervention strategy. You should also Include any additional comments relevant to your appraisal of the evidence, including suggestions for what additional evidence is needed to help support clinical decision making in that area (e.g., additional research in specific areas) , how and when the strategy might be modified, etc.
• The recommendation report should include the following sections:
o Your PICO question
o Your search for evidence
o Discuss your search strategy and how relevant evidence was identified, including your inclusion and exclusion criteria
o Your summary of the evidence
o Discus comprehensively the “state of evidence” for your PICO question, including the strength of the evidence and treatment effects
