CLASSROOM OBSERVATION:

Elizabeth Huffaker skillfully uses guided questions and visual representations to develop student understanding in her pre-calculus classroom.  Her efficiency with ‘house-keeping’ tasks such as returning papers and taking attendance promotes bell-to-bell instruction and engagement.  Take note, as well, of the atmosphere in the classroom.  This is a highly respectful and trusting learning environment.
