As a project manager, you have spent time in identifying risks, performing analysis and plan risk responses. Now create strategies for your project that will ensure that risk responses are implemented when unforeseen events take place on the project. These strategies must ensure that risk exposure of the project and individual threats and opportunities are managed practively. Connect this to the assigned reading from Week 13. For this discussion post, you are required to review two additional external resources and cite them in APA format in your post.
