ANOTHER HARDWARE COMPONENTS ✓ MAIN LAPTOP (WINDOWS 10)
Used for running DDC Client, UCS server, VSM, RTK Client.
✓ SECONDARY LAPTOP (WINDOWS 10) Used for running Red-Button app and transmitting RTK GPS corrections or emergency commands over secondary channel.
✓ RTK GPS BASE STATION Used for receiving RTK GPS corrections which are sent to drones.
✓ 5 GHZ WI-FI NETWORK Used to connect drones to the laptop. Can either be a simple router or a more complex setup with multiple access points.
✓ RADIOS One radio onboard each drone, two used to connect base station to laptop and one used to transmit RTK corrections over secondary channel.
✓ RADIO CONTROL (RC) TRANSMITTER For taking over manual control of drones in case of emergency.
✓ DRONES Each equipped with RTK GPS, Wi-Fi module, radio (433 or 900 MHz) and RC receiver and LED module.
