2- Oxygen saturation: it is recommended that monitoring of airway patency, respiratory rate and continuous oxygen saturation should be controlled in recovery. Particular attention should be given to monitoring oxygenation and ventilation

Nursing diagnosis 1 altered comfort pain related to surgical incision as evidence by facial grimacing, and patient state pain at level 3 over 10 on scale 0 to 10
Intervention
1- give morphine as order
2- take deep breath
3- put warm blanket
4- Setup the bed
5- Give ice ships
Outcome/ patient will able to tolerated pain scale from 3 to 0 at 0845
Evalution/ goal was met the patient pain scale of 3 decrease to pain scale of 0 and the client felt more comfortable as evidence by patient stated 0 on scle 0 to 10 at 0845
