What does professional image and personal image mean to you; what importance do they have, if any?

What, if any, does professional and personal image relate to employee credibility and success?

Should the employer interfere in the private life of the employee?

How high is the limit of the conditions that an employer “can / should” / impose on the physical appearance and professional image of the personnel it hires?

Should the aforementioned aspects or should not be decisive when hiring a candidate?

Consider items such as visible tattoos and body piercings, quirky hair colors and trimmings, and ladies' nail lengths and designs.
