The company I am working for CVS Health uses the email extensively and we use two email systems one is the  Hub and the second is the outlook which I normally receive in total maybe 25 emails daily. The email is used to update all staff and management on the changes and reports of the business performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.  WIth the current Covid-19 crisis we are currently getting 50 email daily as new guidelines are sent our from all the government bodies.

Q. Imagine that this internship position is your long-term place of employment. What computer or technology equipment would you change and why?

I would change the software system as it is very old maybe 15 years and has far too many steps to fill each prescription which reduces the store efficiency.  The problem is that because our company is so big and has over 10,000 stores of we change it all at once it may cause some disruptions to the overall business. I think the process should be gradually implemented state by state over a 12 month period to reduce these issues.
