Business Continuity plan and Disaster Recovery plan are often overlapped with each other but each of them serve different purpose. Companies should have both Business Continuity plan and a Disaster Recovery plan to be more prepared in case of any potential disaster.

A great example is Hurricane Katrina. In 2005, most of the city of New Orleans was underwater, without power and without some of the basic resources for humans to even live. There were numerous organizations that kept off-site duplicates of their data, so that in case of a disaster they could recuperate the data. What they didn't get ready for was in face of disaster their powerlessness to get that off-site data. The main issue was that the organization staff couldn't physically head out to the offsite to recover its backup data.

Generally, there are different kinds of the common errors that will make the organization to fall down and such as the not bothering the correct or right people or people who are related to it are not involved in it and this had happened because of the issues that might be very complex or tough. one of another the process is losing the current link of SP for the organizations of their resources that needed to carry out correctly. There should certain strategic plans which would able to answer their questions and how it going to affect. On more drawback is that putting everything into the plan of the order, but not able work them out practically and where are not practicing them correctly (Harrison, 2016).

Nowadays, customers are aware about environmental and social issues and this influence their behaviors. It's really important for a company to base their choices on social responsibilities and ethics.  

Managers who are driven by profit and revenue have started to see the trend and started to apply ethics and social responsibility to lead their decision making. The best way to do it is to build un and sustainable and ethical product development chain, starting from making an ethical screening of the suppliers and manufacturers. It would have an have an impact on the overall ethic of their product.
