dissertation topic (title)

hi so i'm looking for dissertation topics for my dissertation

my major is finance and investment

you have to send me titles that are specified and interesting and clear .. dont copy and paste them from google as i have all of them and i didnt like . it has to be clear and from where i can start my master dissertation and proposal

when you look for the topic you have to have a topic and tell me the good title for that …. This means that you will have been looking at that topic if it has good Data that can be added and used in my dissertation and what is the Theory behind that and what is the basic idea . What are you going to be testing (relation with something ) and is there previous research that agreed and others that disagreed >???look for the availability of data. If you have data and a question then we can do a proposal for the dissertation

So the purpose behind that is to do the proposal after so i have to choose the title and then i can discuss it with my supervisor then we can start the proposal then dissertation .

So when you look for a title you have to make sure that this topic have enough information from where I can write the dissertation and have good Data etc… be specific not broad i will post the titles that my supervisor did not like and said are broad and not specific and one that he said is good but he wants to see more titles and then i can choose

Comment : This is quite broad.   You would have to try to define what you mean by "influence" and you would have to determine how you might measure "political stability" and "national security".   The first will depend on what you want to speak about.  it could be economic growth or it could be some broader measures of prosperity.   Data for economic growth is very easy to get.  Other broader measures may come from something like the World Bank database.  Take a look. 

There are some data that measure political disturbance or political uncertainty.  You can search for them. 

As in all these cases, the key is to find some papers that discuss this subject. What have people investigated before.   Treat this like you would an initial literature review.  That will help you define, refine and discover the sort of data that is available and that has been used in the past.

Comment : at the moment this is much too broad. Do you mean the performance of equities?  if that is the case, see what the relationship is between GDP and equity indices.  In theory there should be some relationship (why?).  Have a look to see if people have found this?  Is it different for developed and developing markets? 

Impact of Cash Flow and Profitability on Dividend payout on yearly fixed deposits and assets in relation to consumer consumption level of commodities.

Comment :I am not sure I understand.  Is it cash flow and profits affecting dividends?   What is the theory?  What  

is supposed to happen?  Why?  Can you get data on cash flow and profits and dividends?  Is that sufficient?  Are there other variables that you need.    Take a look at a corporate finance textbook to find the basic theory.  You can test whether the basic theory holds.  You can see if it holds in different ways in different counties.  What other factors are important? 

Importance of Credit and Financial Services for Individuals’ Growth and Investment.

Comment : What is the theory here?  What is the basic idea?  What do you mean by "individual's growth"?   Are you talking about the amount that people save?   What would you expect to determine this.  Surely income is most important but there are other factors such as wealth and the change in consumption.  Isn't this what we have been talking about with the marginal propensity to consumer (only the part that is left over).   This is a little economic but you can probably get an investment slant.   Again, do some reading.

Comment : What should happen?  What is the theory.   Do you know countries that have capped lending rates?  Can you get data?   The idea could be that these caps do not work.  Maybe they do.  What do we know already?

Cooment : Yes.  Sounds interesting and clear.  How does inflation affect returns.   At the most basic you can run a regression where inflation is one of the explanatory variables.   if you take a look at this you will find how people have investigated this issue in the past.   They may have used some sophisticated econometric techniques but you can probably carry out the same sort of exercise with tools that are more standard

So look for other 6-8 titles like this that are specific and clear and that have enough information and Data and a good theory to test later in the dissertation .
