Abstract
The youth have forsaken the importance of their value to the church based on the teachings of 2nd Timothy 2:22. It is also important to focus on the issues brought by the youth in terms of forsaking church and ignoring the teachings from the literature and theology. The project focuses on addressing the importance of the youth in the churches through integration and research into the local churches’ ability to effectively increase and improve church performance. Evaluating through integration processes, converts and how to fully use the resources of the church helps in meeting the needs of Biblical foundations for teaching the youth.

1. Introduction into the Dissertation Project
1.1 Overview
The project focuses on understanding the importance of the youth in the church. The 21st century has identified the rise of youth vocational education and training programs from churches with a focus on targeting the youths in the community. There is the nature and need for focusing on the importance of meeting the society’s need for integrating the youth into the churches and fellowship. The focus on the project is to highlight any issues in the community faced by the youths not attending and following biblical teachings. These issues will be addressed through literature and Biblical foundations in the project.
1.2 Statement of the Problem
The 21st century has witnessed a rising number of youths into the immoral acts such as drinking, blending drugs and a higher number of crime related violence in the community. There is a trend for growth which is taking root in the community with different cultures such as associations with illuminant culture and linking the youth to immoral acts. To forsake God and church has reduced the expectations of the youth in the modern community, which has taken considerable interest from church ministries to intervene for the sake of the youth. Hence, this is the challenge facing the future generations.
1.3 Rationale of doing the Ministry Project
The importance of the youths in the church is compelled by the desire to uplift the status of the youth in the community by developing a research-based program to help the youth in understanding the importance of church and God in their lives. The desire for the youth and especially fellow colleagues to adopt new cultures and consider attending church could be the vital result and outcome for the project . There is the need for focusing on church and using the necessary resources to focus on developing a foundation for the youth in the community. This will help to introduce new ways of engaging and representation.
1.4 Limitations and Assumptions
There is a change in the society considering the necessary resources such as engaging the youth into productive and self-productive programs. This will not be covered since it will prove difficult for engaging the youth from the economic perspective. The churches have also formed ministries to empower the youth economically, due to the large and widespread of this programs in the community, there is the need for checking and trusting the foundation of the youth within the foundations of church. It is important to fully use, develop and increase the necessary resources such as focusing on the church ministries of the youth.
1.5 Summary of the Literature
According to, the churches should focus on the engaging the youth in helping to solve the different crisis in their lives. In this crisis solving, the church can develop membership and vocational training to help in their issues and solving the different ways through which the youth can be empowered in the community. There is also the need for developing and increasing the necessary platform to engage and help in the development of a more productive society. Research also indicates on the community sponsored programs and outreaches focusing on youth engagement and representation.
1.6 Biblical, Theological and Historical Foundations
According to Proverbs 20:29, “The glory of young men is their strength, and the honor of old men is their gray hair.” This helps in focusing on what defines a youth in the community. The youth should believe and develop the necessary resources such as focusing on the importance, integration and implementation of the church. Similarly, from 1st Timothy 4:12, “Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” Essentially, the teachings of Timothy also help to improve the foundations on the value of the youth to God’s cause.
1.7 Methods for Analyzing the Problem
It is important to develop the necessary intervention plans and policies to effectively understand the process of converting and transformation of the youth into the contemporary community. this will help in measuring the success of the youth system through implementing a local research based program to study the pattern of youths who can effectively integrated into the church system with some support. This will be through the use of interviews and questionnaires in measuring the proposed expectations of the church for supporting youth development. There is also a common platform to help and engage the youth through face to face interactions in the society while focusing in successful integration.
1.8 Results and Contributions
There is the positive expectation in terms of church ministries supporting the culture and thought of planning on meeting the necessary resources. It is also important to use, develop and increase the overall operations, planning and implementing the necessary changes and policies. The contributions of the churches are expected to offer some insight on youth interventions into the church programs to help the youth in crisis management. I could expect a productive performance by the church for fitting the necessary importance, ideas and facts to effectively increase offer support to meet the goals, results and how to solve the youth challenges.
1.9 Evaluation of the Project
The project will conduct an intensive campaign for vocation teachings and using the church as a research platform for engaging the youth towards potential growth and performance. There is the need for meeting the necessary expectations such as focusing on the importance, necessity and means to effectively improve the necessary interventions. I will also focus on using interviews and focus groups in teaching and evaluation of youth converts into the ministry of the youth in the churches. This will help as an introduction, plan and the necessary policies in developing the platform to improve youth activities in the church.
1.10 Summary
The problems facing the youth in the community are many and many are dwindling down into the path of thuggery, violence, crime and drug dependent. It is important to address the importance of the youth in the churches by addressing a single point about the issues, resources and ways through which the society can be effectively be met in the society. It is also away for addressing the change in the youth ministry and how this will in the long term affect the standards, concepts and ways to fully understand the social affiliations of the youth in the society.
1.11 Working Outline and Timeline
Addressing the core issues of the proposal such as gathering background information and introduction into the proposal will take a week in preparation. To develop the necessary aspects of summarizing the literature and focusing on facts from the theological foundation will also consider the aspect of a 2week timeline. This timeline will allow the control of the process and how to fully improve, meet and increase the process of communication. It is also important and essential to consider working closely to meet the necessary resources such as evaluation, church programs and collecting the information from church and community programs will also take 3 weeks.
