Assessment Description

One way to disseminate evidence is through presentation to your peers. For this assignment, you will develop a PowerPoint and present it using Loom (www.loom.com). You should have between 12 slides that can be presented in approximately 7-10 minutes. Your presentation will cover all of the major areas of your Cares Management proposal which I have attached .

After recording your Loom video, copy and paste the link for your video to the speaker's notes section of your title slide before submitting your PowerPoint.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines.
