DISSEM Dissertation Seminar Final Assessment Task brief & rubrics

Task

This assignment consists of the definition of a complete research project proposal. It must keep the definition of a research area, a research aim, a research question/hypothesis from your previous assignment, and include the research objectives, the review of literature and the methodology.

You must upload the written assignment in a word document (using the Dissertation Proposal template) via Turn-it-in. Save your document with the filename: FINAL_xxxxxxx (where xxxxxxx is your last name).

Two parts (I & II): (Each part is 50% of the assignment)

I. Development of the research objectives and literature review:

You must construct a set of research objectives matching your research question. You must also write a summary of the main theories, concepts and trends of your specific research area.

You must define the research approach and the methodologies you are going to use for your specific project, explaining its design, the primary data collection and the secondary data sources.
