Assume that you are working in a community with a culturally diverse population. You find that it is very difficult to attract clients to individual counseling, let alone to family therapy or group counseling. You would like to start a group, but you are concerned about getting enough people to fill a group. What strategies can you think of for educating the population in your community regarding the value of a group approach? What would you most want to tell people about your group and what would be expected if they were to join it?
