Agile methodology is all about the mindset of the project team. To change the mindset, one has to draw out the distinction between plan-driven and value-driven delivery models. In your original post, provide a list of five differences between these two delivery models and, with the help of examples, show how you will describe these to a project team. Connect your post to the assigned reading from Week 1 and Week 2. With this discussion, you will learn the link between agile principles and project management culture in an organization. · Be sure your posts make substantive contributions. A substantive post will explain or analyze the topic in detail, ask a thoughtful question about the topic, or share a relevant personal experience or additional resources concerning the discussion topic.
