Topic of Discussion:
Assume that you are the Operation Manager of XYZ Inc., and you need to prepare an aggregate production plan for next year to meet a demand forecast at minimum cost and high profitability.
· Which production strategy (e.g., make-to-order or make-to-stock) would you choose?
· Discuss the reasons for choosing one specific strategy over the other, and then specify the reasons for not choosing the other strategy.
