In Module Three, you identified your own risk profile and you had a discussion about appropriate investments for your risk profile. Take at least one of the investments you proposed and either find or calculate the beta for that investment. With this new information you can create a Risk/Return graph for your risk profile. Re-evaluate the discussion of Week Three. Again please stay in your own risk profile thread.

See the two attached files for detailed instructions on how to calculate the beta for an investment

Week 3’s post.

Hello All,

Risk-taking is a thing many would no willing to be involved with. Every entrepreneur is a risk-taker and no business can be run without taking the risk of expanding it. After taking the test questions about risk-taking, I confirmed what I usually view in my daily activities of risk-taking. I did not find something new in the test as I have always been ready and confident about risk-taking, especially in the business field. I am always expectant of the various outcomes such as people thinking that I am crazy or out of order in making decisions about various things. The results show that a risk-taker is supposed to believe in him and forget about any other external voices. I would also not be involved in a type of risk that I know I cannot manage. As a risk-taker however I would not take high risks which I know I cannot manage at this time. I prefer taking the average risk in my investment. I would neither consider getting involved in something so small which is not even worth risking. Small risks will just waste someones time and capital.
