Please answer the following three questions in one to two paragraphs each. Please format your responses in 12 point font, double spaced, with 1 inch margins. This assignment is due on Canvas at 11:59 PM PST on Tuesday, November 24th.

1. We discuss how social networks might influence our concepts of economic risk and demand in Lecture 7. In particular, we discuss bank runs and economic value in the marketplace. Do bank runs tend to display dyadic or hyperdyadic patterns of panic contagion in a social network? Explain this process in no more than four sentences.

2. Is voting contagious? Describe how voting behavior might spread within a social network. What are some limitations to its contagiousness? Provide one example of a study or research project that has provided evidence for the contagiousness of voting behavior in social networks.

3. What is your research question at this stage of your final project? What is your preliminary thesis (short summary of your answer/argument)? Please provide your research question, a preliminary the- sis, and 3-5 sentences that provide a theory for your answer. Be clear about what the role of social networks is in answering your research question. (Note: these things can change in the coming weeks. These are your preliminary answers to these questions.)
