Judicial Review

Let's look at the assumed power of the Supreme Court known as judicial review. On Constitution Day 2022, I gave a presentation regarding this power. My presentation starts at 43:38.

After watching the video, explain in your own words what judicial review is and it's origin. What have been some recent significant societal issues impacted through the Court's use of the power. Should the role of the court be expanded or reduced?
