Explain your understanding of what someone in the field of industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology does including the role research methods play in the field.  Discuss what interests you about the I/O psychology field.   Discuss how someone with a Christian worldview who works in the I/O psychology field can use this field to bring glory to God.
