Using the data from the case study, calculate the clinic capacity in terms of the number of appointments per day. Then calculate the utilization rate of the clinic.  The utilization rate is calculated by taking the number of patients per day and dividing it by the capacity for the day. For example, 20 patients seen in a clinic with a capacity of 25 patients per day equals an 80% utilization rate. You will need to calculate the average number of patients seen per day for the following dimensions:

· Average number of patients per day for all days in the data set time period

· Average number of patients seen on Mondays

· Average number of patients seen on Tuesdays

· Average number of patients seen on Wednesdays

· Average number of patients seen on Thursdays

· Average number of patients seen on Fridays

Discuss the total clinic utilization rate and the utilization rate for each day of the week. Do you see any issues?
