· Conduct a cultural assessment of your terminology.
· Consider the various aspects of EEOC.

Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to give students an opportunity to create their own development plan based on training needs. They will need to be aware of cultural sensitivities as well as various aspects of the EEOC.
