The Honorable Gray Peters,

124, W. Allegan St. Suite #1400 Lansing, Mi 48933 Ph. (517) 377-1508

REF: Justice Inequalities in Michigan.

Dear Senator Gray Peters:

Judicial Administration is the way that the government implements the legal system fairly and equally to the people. The hypothetical goal of every government is to provide justice to all who use the legal system. Justice is an essential part of our democratic system. It aims to not allow and limit the crime, protect the public from mischief, provide detention and rehabilitation facilities. And finally, ensure that all U.S citizens enjoy equal justice via the judicial system.

The problem: The Civil Rights & the Administration of Justice.

There have been various instances of unequal justice administration in Michigan, especially to individuals who may wish to secure operational licenses. Any individual with a criminal record denied the active permits. They have already participated in the training service course, so they are suitable for judicial operation and proper management. They face challenges in obtaining operating licenses, but they belong to Michigan and the United States. Senators must investigate this issue because most citizens who may have arrested find it challenging to obtain business licenses. As they are related to criminal records and are therefore declared unfit for business licenses. When they deny rights, it is part of their rights being restricted.

Location of the problem: in Michigan

The reason for affection:

Gary worked with civil rights organizations and law enforcement administrations to solve Michigan's challenging issues as a country. As a result, Senator Gary was heavily influenced by Michigan's civil rights. Michigan is based on the ethics of equality, justice, and freedom for all; the struggle for civil rights and real equality continues today. Gary is working hard to make our democracy stronger and fairer, whether it is to ensure equal use of the ballot box, a comparable justice system, or equal treatment of the law. Every voter in Michigan should have the freedom to express their voice in our election.

You need to ensure that not even one family in Michigan should undergo discrimination during your period as a senator. It is very unfair for one to be denied an operating license by being associated with a criminal record. However, a citizen may have reformed and changed from the earlier state of criminal activities hence fit to secure an operating license. As a senator, the wise thing to do is to back up the historical choices made by the Supreme Courts, which affirms that each American has the liberty to marry whomever they have loved. Also, it raised that family union without any fear that they might be made to part ways at some point in life.

He is affected by the people because Michiganders has the right to vote, speak, and show what they are; he is also a supporter of the LGBTQ community. He is so affected because he saw what the nation needs to fulfill. He saw that the nation's main problem is about the Administration of justice and the individual's civil rights.

Gary made safe funding for the "Project Safe Neighborhood" (Project Safe Neighborhood). This proven program uses data-driven strategies to reduce successfully the gun and drug-related issues in communities throughout Michigan Violence. He knows that making communities and law enforcement agencies safer are critical to communities and law enforcement. He also helps support the resources needed to intervene and stop violence ("MRA-Rule 46. Denial of permission hearings." 2020). Too many beloved lives have been missing due to injustice, and inequality persists. In our community, civil unrest shows that our judicial system faces severe trials, from unaffordable costs to overcrowding in prisons to the grand jury process's disparity.

The prevalence of the problem:

The Michigan Civil Rights Initiative (MCRI) or Proposal 2 (Michigan 06-2) is a voting initiative of the State of Michigan in the U.S, which passed the Michigan State Constitution on November 7, 2006, with a range of 58% to 42%. The result was officially certified by the Secretary of State of Michigan. According to Michigan law, the proposal developed law on December 22, 2006. MCRI is a citizenship initiative that aims to stop bias based on race, color, sex, or religion from entering universities, workplaces, and other public funding agencies, which prohibits approving action by public agencies based on these factors.

The Michigan Department of Civil Rights is a department of the Michigan state government established in 1965 to aid the Michigan Civil Rights Commission of Michigan's 1963 Constitution. Comply with civil rights laws. Legislators should also adopt better evidence standards for law enforcement, such as prosecuting property in civil litigation. There is no doubt that the standards should be raised to a higher level and aligned with the United States of America's criminal justice system. The states that meet the criteria are California, Nebraska, Montana, North Carolina, Minnesota, New Mexico, Minnesota, and Vermont. Michigan should also join the states, as mentioned above.

Conclusion

Finally, senators should ensure that citizens' challenges are met with the required intensity. However, legislators should adopt standardized and robust confiscation reporting requirements by the above acceptable practices. However, some states have recognized that a high degree of transparency is necessary. Low quality and insufficient details of the report are still rules ("MRA-Rule 46. Hearing Denial of License." 2020). Legislators and the general public are always in the dark on most charges, all confiscation activities, and expenditures. Therefore, senators need to point out that the lack of vital reporting requirements should establish these requirements. They should ensure compliance with their obligations and impose financial penalties on violations.

Sincerely yours,

Hiba Al Mehdi
