My primary focus is to study business but I would also like to explore how arts and organizational leadership will feed into business. Taking business will allow me to study traditional business courses and utilize that knowledge in my future profession. I believe that arts build on my creative and critical thinking skills because of courses such as graphic design. Besides, I intend to take English classes to boost my reading, technical and creative writing skills. I believe that this knowledge and skills will be beneficial to my studies major in business and in my career. Generally, arts will stimulate me creatively making me better, more productive, and a more entrepreneurial business agent. In my experience, I have seen business and arts work so well together. Businesses have collected art, been inspired by art, worked together with artists, and have become art pieces themselves. I believe that becoming a brand is art itself and having a good business is the best art. For instance, to become competitive in the market, a business needs to create a captivating advertisement to attract customers which requires the skills of a great artist. Besides, I would like to study organizational leadership to improve my leadership skill. Whether I choose to become an entrepreneur or an employee in the future, there is no denying the importance of leadership skills. I would like to have a good relationship with my colleagues, the ability to set and achieve goals, and the ability to bolster teamwork. Organizational leadership is a key aspect in a business where we need the former to make a business thrive. A business required a great leader to manage teams, resources, and clients.
