Healthy Dynamics Strategy Map

Improvement of Healthy Dynamics is possible by creating a suitable structure that is known to offer effective management of patient requirements. Working with different stakeholders is mandatory to learn about their integral roles and how each component in the healthcare environment will operate in suitable standards. The table 1 below indicates different components connected to the project’s operations (Morciano et al., 2020).

Record patient vital signs, perform diagnostic tests, collaborate with all healthcare stakeholders, manage medication provision and treatment plans, and suggest treatment plans suitable to patient issues (Morciano et al., 2020).

The strategic plan shall get performed as expected since nurses hold a strong connection to patient treatment. The frequency of meeting with patients creates stronger connection between nurses and patients (Morciano et al., 2020).

Employers

Persons who already own a hospital, being a member of a hospital board, conversant with hospital industry activities (Morciano et al., 2020).

Healthcare facility owner or manager

Provision of required services in healthcare environments, connection to all government expectations and regulations, handling of different components in the health environment, and dealing with safety of all healthcare providers (Morciano et al., 2020).

The healthcare facility’s owner is strongly connected to better services in the organization since they hold an impactful position in connection with service provision (Morciano et al., 2020).

Pharmaceutical firm representative

Adhere to advancement medication processing specifications, conduct frequent research to produce quality services (Morciano et al., 2020).

Pharmacist

Integration of public health awareness is valid for generating better patient healing. There can be suitable methods of managing sustainable health improvement processes. A suitable firm can be one that ensures sustainable measures to manage health improvement requirements (Morciano et al., 2020).

Corporate responsibility can get improved by pharmaceutical company representatives who deal with requisition of different required medications for daily hospital use (Morciano et al., 2020).

Insurance providers are integral to all patient issues since they result in effective care in connection with learning about how to produce suitable treatment. Selection of a healthcare practitioner shall be possible since the funds can get suitably paid (Crowley et al., 2020).

It is highly imperative to manage all integral healthcare environment expectations in connection to patients’ needs, learning about better opportunities for care, and how to solve common issues that limit productivity. All procedures integrated for better wellness, healthcare plans, and dealing with proper structure for health improvement.
