Our organization Ray Jay Agency that deals in car dealerships has been in business for 30 years. We have been working on making sure that the organization gets better. Having grown into a global organization, various challenges are being faced by us. This paper is going to investigate the challenge’s that is being faced by the organization and other global organizations.

The worldwide business climate has changed a ton in the new past and in this manner, the business climate has gotten so cutthroat for some, business furnishes universally. The changing business climate presents numerous difficulties in driving these enterprises into the future and hence, new procedures for working these associations ought to be conceived. The greater part of these difficulties is on a worldwide scale like a worldwide downturn, environmental change, psychological oppression, and innovative change that require extraordinary initiative to guarantee these associations beat these difficulties. Difficulties confronting associations face a few difficulties, yet these difficulties are identified with the absence of judicious authority inside an association.
