Successes I was able to successfully finish my first semester, though I found it challenging. a.Focus b. Includer c. Input d. learner e. Strategic Focus. This is amazing in light of the fact that it compels me to channel; to instinctually assess whether a specific activity will help me advance toward my objective (Morita, 2014). |
Problems I work in health care industry as a RN nurse manager. I have been have been having trouble taking care of my job as well as my studies. Due to pandemic my job has been quite challenging and unable to focus on studies.
StrengthsFinder® – One of my strength finder is planning and self-efficacy. Planning has been especially useful in customization of interventions for every patient. |
“Eureka” moments My Eureka moment as a nurse manager is my patients and their finally getting COVID vaccine. I felt it was a Eureka moment because I lost lot of patients with COVID infections. I was propelled to think of how organizations can encourage populations to take the jab without fail or delay and assist those staff to ensure cases related to the pandemic are effectively handled with less casualties.
Questions How can I overcome this challenges? Through use of scheduler programs to ensure reminders are provided in good time for the studies. Consider working as a team so that the heavy tasks are shared out and diversity of options to simplify it (Øvretveit, 1995).
StrengthsFinder® – Team Motivate team Having a motivated team ensures that work and time are utilized well and therefore a higher success. |
