After analyzing our dataset we’ve identified the interesting plot points and direction. We came up 3 different visualizations;

Bar Plot
We have used bar plot to compare the number of resumes received from each Industry among the 4870 responses that were received for the advertisement.
We have calculated the aggregate resume count by industry.
Most responses were received from the business/personal services and the least number of responses are from the transport/communication industry.

Like the previous pie chart, this visualization focus on the rejections from hiring team from each industry.
Among 1307 applicants from business/personal services industry, 1198 people did not receive the call which is 91.6%(total=1307).
Among all the industries, business/personal services candidates did not receive the calls from the hiring team and the least is from manufacturing industry.

Among all the responses, the maximum experience is 44 from the health/education/social services industry, which is applied for the position of secretary.
