Issues dealt with by the public administration are numerous, with the change in political, social and economic scenes of a country, many public administration issues arise. The public service has been rejecting and reluctant on implementing technology in their system and operability. However, the use of technology is unavoidable as the benefits derived from technology are tremendous. Furthermore, technology has proved to be efficient and reliable in operations of businesses activities as well as the administrative role and acquired worldwide acceptance (Cheng & Teizer, 2013). But is not without challenges that may include breach of privacy and skilled personnel to maintain the systems.

Collection of data from the public service will help in identifying reasons as to why they are reluctant in implementing and integrating technology into their operations. Use of questionnaires can be used in the process of data collection by developing detailed and accurate questions to be answered by the relevant audience (Alasuutari, Bickman, & Brannen, 2008). Some of the questions that may be appropriate in the collection of data and resolving of the technological issue implementation in public service are listed below.

· What do you understand by the term technology?

· How can you explain the impact of technology at your workplace?

· How has technology influenced how you work and accomplish organizational tasks?

· Why would you reject or accept the use of technology in your office?

· Comparing having and not having the technology, what is your attitude towards fulfilling organizational tasks?

· What is your computer or technology literacy level?

· What tools do you feel are necessary for ensuring a job is done in your field of work?

· What are the positive impacts of technology you see in your workplace?

· What are the negative implications brought by technology at your workplace?

· How do you view the accomplishment of your task in the organization in the near future?
