Undocumented immigration is a global issue which manifests in different contexts. Vast issues are associated with the refugee movement including fragile health care, violation of human rights, and situations that precipitate the refugee movements (Lori & Boyle, 2015). The refugee crisis is intensified by political violence in Africa and the Middle East whereby many refugees are fleeing their countries to seek asylum (Albassam, 2015). Since the Second World War, Europe is currently experiencing an influx of undocumented immigrants with union members unable to formulate solutions for this contemporary issue (Albassam, 2015). The forced migration has created a refugee crisis globally with drastic actions required to control the current situation.
