· Add (include photo id, name etc…)

View ratings and feedback of employee and his service –date and employee wise

View ratings and feedback of foods –date and food wise

User Area

Give ratings & feedback – two or more categories

1. Employee and his Service

· select the employee photo,

· add a rate (Excellent, Good, Bad, Poor)

· give feedback (add remark field). – Optional. Click the OK button with or without feedback, but need to popup a field to add feedback.

2. Food

· select the food photo with name (food, beverages or any as the image and food name)

· add a rate (Excellent, Good, Bad, Poor)

· give feedback (add remark field). – Optional. Click the OK button with or without feedback, but need to popup a field to add feedback.
