(1) CSR Project that requires preparing a Social Responsibility Report on Toxic leadership and its effects on organization performance in the United States Army based on the information presented in the textbook.( Lawrence, A.T. & Weber, J., Business & Society 15th ed. (2016). This project should be an overall evaluation and critique of the organization’s social responsibility performance (based on the criteria discussed in the textbook regardingsocial/ethical/economic/environmental aspects, Ethics and Ethical Reasoning, Organizational Ethics, Business-Government Relations, Influencing the Political Environment, Managing for Sustainability, The Role of Technology, Regulating and Managing Information Technology, Managing a Diverse Workforce, moral, The Community and the Corporation, The Public and Corporate Reputation) as it relates to the organization’s key stakeholders. It should also include the student’s suggestions/ recommendations for improvement derived from information in the textbook, online readings, and research publications. The paper should be at least 13 typed pages (see Appendix), with at least 4 relevant (peer reviewed) citations , and intext citation using APA style, double spaced, and in 12 pt. font.
