STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

I have been worked with Apple for three years. However, I have received a new offer from Micorsoft. There is closer to my hometown, and I can spend more time with my family. They pay a higher salary. I have to make a decision between them.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK

The purpose of this report is to determine which company can fit my current goal. In selecting the organization of choice, so many factors may be considered from location, relationship with employees, organizational culture, and its financial analysis records. A company which has stable records and good qualities can be the best choice. They both have disadvantages and advantages.

SOURCE AND METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION

Data collection will start with online research. There will be from the following sources: The companies’ official social media, published articles, and other online sources.
