Initial Post: Search online for different resources that you could use or suggest to someone else who is experiencing different types of conflict. Cite the website or source. Answer the following:

#1 What resource could you use for a conflict with a manager, director, boss, or someone in a position of authority over you? Why is this is a good resource?

#2 What resource could you use for a conflict with a spouse, significant other, close friend, or family member? Why is this is a good resource?  

#3 What resource could you use for an internal conflict you are experiencing by yourself (or if someone else is experiencing internal conflict? Why is this is a good resource?
