7. List of Abbreviations (if applicable)

8. List of Symbols (if applicable)

9. Chapters, including:

 Introduction, if any

 Main body, with consistent subheadings as appropriate

10. Appendices (if applicable)

11. Footnotes, DO NOT use Author, Date system.

12. References
