With it being dedicated to creating inspiration and the empowerment of the families to attain better lifestyles, Kohl's (2021) noted that Kohl is offering excellent exclusive and excellent brands, an incredible form of savings, and easy experience in shopping within its stores based online as well as those within its mobile-based app. When it was founded, the company has offered at least 750 million dollars to support communities throughout the country, with further attention towards the wellness and health of the family. Finally, based on the above financial analysis, the strategy of Kohl’s is after creating longer duration value to the shareholder by driving the higher line of growth and the expansion of the margin of operation, backed by disciplined management of capital and a more robust culture of the organization (Kohl’s, Inc, 2020). The strategy is founded on a stronger foundation of the customers by Kohl towards the customers; industry-linked loyalty and the change of card-based initiatives, including convenience and accessibility across the globe’s footprint and increasing digital business line.
