Is your topic HCAHPS or readmissions? After reading your introduction, I was left confused on what is your focus. Please clean this up prior to RUA #2. Your PICOT is confusing as well. Pick one specific population. What is "health support of post-discharge" and how is that different than "discharge guidelines"? If you keep these please clearly explain in RUA #2. See my work on PICOT questions in the week 3 DQ board to clean yours up. If your topic is HCAHPS then some score on that survey should be your outcome not readmission rates.

You needed to identify quantitative or qualitative as the best evidence to answer your question. With your outcome being numbers of readmissions or scores on HCAHPS, you need quantitative data.

Search Strategy

Missing number of articles in initial and refined searches. I would say your 2nd article on accreditation is not what you are looking for based on your topic. I don't clearly see why you picked these two articles.
