Structured: The model is structured thereby clearly indicating the steps to be taken
On the negative side, the waterfall model is rigid, therefore, difficult to make changes
One of the major benefits of this model is the fact that it is structured. This makes it easy to use and understand because it is clearly outlined the manner in which the steps should be followed. On the contrary, the model is religion in the sense that it does not allow for changes to be made easily.
