Teacher Comment: This section was a bit unclear. I did not find a full summary of the interview that that gave a complete discussion of strategies, supported by citations in the literature.

This is needed for a higher performance score. What does the literature say? What is the relationship of best practice actions to the identified problem? Use citations, explain & give examples to score highest

Teacher Comment: Nice identification of the issue of medical error rate. For a higher performance score, are there author’s you might be able to cite, who could provide support for this approach? This would increase clarity of this criterion.

Teacher Comments: I like that you described both the change theory of improve communication ( need to say how to get this done) and the leadership strategy of situational or contingency style to develop your interdisciplinary solution to this organizational issue. Very nice citation of sources to support this issue. This brought increased credibility to your writing.
