Changes to be made.

· In the introduction part, there are repeated definitions of entrepreneurship, reduce them to one and also link the definition to the chosen company – BYJUS.

· Chose any 3 topics Out of the following and focus on that in BYJUS as well.

· HR, Teams and Diversity 

· Risk and Opportunity

· Creativity and Innovation

· Finance

· Operations

· Marketing

· Strategy

· Business overview is too long, make it a little brief.

· Throughout the first half, only very few references are used repeatedly, use multiple references and sources to show your research.

· Use the optional template to make it look better and more relevant.

· Link the comparative analysis, arguments to BYJUS and tell how is it entrepreneurial. Make arguments on how entrepreneurial Byjus is or isn’t.

· In the weakness, it talks about lack in the marketing practices. Link it to how failed marketing results in lack of entrepreneurship with relevant arguments and references.

· According to the marking criteria already submitted to you, the recommendations hold the maximum weightage and least is written in that section which was noticed by my tutor in the meeting today. I will Lose all marks if I do not write more in recommendations. In order to do that, you can reduce few words from the introduction, and a bit about existing projections.

· Completely missed the section Expected outcome for proposal to write.

· The proposal also needs to link with the weakness. Eg. How the lack in marketing could be made better, so and so……

· Always include how the action Byjus make or should make will make It more entrepreneurial.
