Project Objectives To build an employee orientation learning module for the Human Resource department. It will be accessed through the company Intranet. This module will include at least one quiz and a signoff to document that new employees have completed their orientation and understood the training information.
Approach The following is a list of milestones which represent success on this project
• Kickoff meeting. • Requirements and Project Planning. • Design and Development. • Testing. • User Testing. • Stakeholder testing and presentation. • Design changes based upon testing information. • Final Integration Testing. • Roll out. • Project Close.
