Curation Essay

The Topic I chose is: The Top 5 Thing to do before buying your First House

Remember to review tips for writing a curation-style esay, also sometimes called a listicle. Here is a great resource:  process listicle (Links to an external site.) . (For a brief but clear overview of comparison in general, watch the  Comparison/Contrast Essay  video). Last week, you prepared an outline on your selected topic. This week, you need to draft your essay.

You also may want to view the sample student comparison/contrast essay before you begin. Keep in mind that some are presented as essays and some as webpages. Both are included for variation, and because you can learn from the webpages as well, but ensure your essay has an intro and conclusion. Images are welcome!:

Remember that your essay must meet the following before submitting:

· You essay must be a minimum of 800 words.

· Your essay must be in MLA format.

· No research is required. (In other words, you are not required to include any citations, however, if you use outside material, it MUST be cited.)
