Male,17, Attention-Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) DSM-5 314.0X(F90.1).
TC is a 17-year-old Caucasian who came to the clinic lamenting that he cannot concentrate in class, hang out with his friends, and play sports. The patient claimed that this is the first time it happened to him. He is also unable to focus on class, and he is easily distracted. Impulsivity, disorganization, restlessness, and Inattention are all symptoms of ADHD. The patient is alert and oriented times four. The patient denies hallucinations, suicidal ideations, and illusions. The patient is prescribed CBT for 6 weeks.
