Education Occupation

To me the things I do well are: helping others, taking the time to listen and paying attention to others around me. Being around kids and watching them learn new things, helping children grow and expand their minds to all the possibilities is what I’m passionate about. If I knew I could not fail at one thing it would be- to be a better person to myself. My best a favorite subjects were history and science. My family and friends are always there for my no matter what, even when I didn’t know I needed them. I work at a nursing home, the owners are always telling us CAN what a great job we do taking care of the residents. We are the ones who make the facility a great place. At home my kids and husband praise me for cooking them dinner and doing their laundry. No, really they remind me how blessed I am to have them in my life and how much they love me. My greatest accomplishment would be my kids. They are the reason I decided to go back to school. They are the motivation I need to keep going. Reading is one hobby I could do every day. There’s nothing like getting lost in a good book.

A career in Education has the potential to meet all my personal requirements in an occupation. The industry is projected to have a steady annual increase based on the increasing capacity of the education sector. Between 2014 and 2024, the occupation is projected to have grown by 8%. Considering this is the consistent rate for most occupations, I am confident that my choice will ultimately pay off. This consistent upwards trend also offers me some degree of security that the career will be available when I complete my studies. My salary objective is above $40,000 and the median annual wage for the profession was estimated at $48,000 in May 2016. My career choice, therefore, appeals to my monetary expectations from the occupation. I will not require additional training considering most of the entry-level education requirement is a bachelor’s degree. I am, however, positive that I will need to pursue further studies to advance in my career.

1.To Drive a long distance

2. Good health benefits

2. To work Holidays

3. Traditional work schedule

3.?

I endeavor to be a Kindergarten and Elementary School teacher as the occupation will resonate with my talents and abilities. Preparing young minds for their future schooling will give me an opportunity to mentor and guide children exploiting my education background in child education and development. I aim for a traditional work schedule and a job with good health benefits. The salary should be above $40,000 to ensure I can maintain myself and my family. In additional to the traditional work schedule, I should also be in a position to rest on holidays and spend time away from the job. Considering the uncertainties of traffic and bad weather, I would prefer to avoid having to drive a long distance to get to work.
