Expansion of businesses into new regions targeting new markets is an effective and efficient business strategy of acquiring more profits. Venturing into a new market or expanding a business into new areas is not an easy thing to do due to the established competition in that region. In the case of Nordsee Inc. to successfully expand its business into the overseas market, it will require the organization to come up with an effective strategic audit. Having a strategic audit for Nordsee Inc. will enable it to weigh the effectiveness of the strategies that they have in place to conquer and capture the new targeted market.

A strategic audit for Nordsee Inc. will include looking at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunity, and threats that are found in the internal and external environments as well as problem analysis recommendation and implementation costs. The management of Nordsee Inc. needs to know that the type of environment that they work in has a significant impact on how well the business does (Nordsee, 2020). Both external and internal environment in which a company operates in may have significant impact on the success or failure of the company. The culture and internal environment in the organization, and that which surrounds it, will determines how efficient, productive, and profitable the company will be in its business ventures.

The internal environment of Nordsee is efficient, and it can lead to the success of the business's expansion overseas. The organization has an excellent internal system of operations and management which enhances teamwork and promoting a productive internal environment. On the other hand, the external environment that the organization is functioning in has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that most people in the contemporary world find fast food convenient which means Nordsee Inc. will be able to carve out a niche in this market and will be able to compete with the likes of KFC and McDonalds. The other benefit is that if the organization ventures in the U.S. market where people have started getting into healthier eating and where people are aggressive spenders’, business there can thrive (Nale Lehmann-Willenbrock, 2013). The challenge that the company might face concerning the external environment is the fact that the overseas regions that it is targeting already has established organizations operating in the same market like McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King that will pose stiff competition

The strengths that the Nordsee Inc. has which makes it competitive and gives it a chance to be a strong competitor in the fast-food world is the fact that it deals with healthy fast food (Nordsee GmbH, 2020). Providing people with a healthy type of fast food serves as a plus to the organization and separates it from the rest of the fast-food businesses. This strength serves as an advantage to the company, and it can give it a fighting chance in the global market. The other strength is the fact that the organization has competent and efficient leadership which makes proper decisions that will enable the business to prosper.

Problem analysis is another useful factor about the company which serves as a strength as it allows it to solve its problems and issues effectively. The organization analyzed the current trend in the world in terms of health and wellbeing, and it saw that the question of people being overweight due to eating junk was a considerable problem (TFAH.org, 2019). After analyzing that people had a problem, it decided to provide healthy fast food options which are both, convenient and at the same time, healthy. This aspect of Nordsee shows that it has excellent problem analysis skills and can cease on utilizing their strengths to forge a place in the overseas market front.

The recommendation that can be proposed to the organization is that it should continue offering their clients with healthy fast food services. They should also ensure that they also give their clients variety in their menu and try to fit in the region that they venture into which can be done by using local spices (Nordsee Menu, 2020). It is also vital for the organization to market itself efficiently to create awareness to boost the business. The organization should ensure that its implementation cost is kept to the minimal so that they can prevent going into a loss or overcharging their clients. They should look for an efficient local supplier, use energy-efficient equipment and train their workers to be well-rounded in all aspects of the organization.
