Project Description:

Part 3 of the Capstone Project explores customer portfolio management.

1) Chapter 5 reviews Customer Portfolio Management (CPM). Explain your understanding of CPM as it relates to the organization you have chosen.

2) Analyze the organization’s customer base and determine the top 3 customer portfolio segments.

3) Conduct a SWOT analysis of at least 2 segments of the customer portfolio of the organization you have chosen.
