The objectives of the project is to make the ordering of food more efficient, faster, reliable through web application. The system demonstrates an interactive and up-to-date menus with all the available options of dishes in easy user interface. Customer can choose as many options as possible and also update the cart by making changes and add to cart prior to checking out. The customer gets confirmation mail for their order placed. The objective of the project is to develop a system that allows user to place food order online with the generic image of the meal, lists of side and give feedbacks. This will obviously decrease labor cost by automating the order processing. The system also offers a static map to help unfamiliar customers find location of the restaurant. |

Constraints |
Since every project has the finite resources, for online food ordering system, we’ve assumed the constraints as below: Time: We’ve assigned approximately 11 weeks for the overall development and handing over of the system. Budget: We’ve alloted approximately $130,000 for financing the project. Resources: Skills: MySql Database, php, front-end, HTML, JavaScript, CSS; Interpersonal skills; Communication skills. People:5; Environment Setup: Overall project development will be remote work through online collaboration; and meetings will be organized in the office hall and zoom call. Hardware: Laptops, Desktop: intel i5 processor, 1 TB of SSD, 64 GB RAM; Software: Windows OS 10, Web Browser, Xampp platform ; |

External Dependencies Will project success depend on coordination of efforts between the project team and one or more other individuals or groups? Has everyone involved agreed to this interaction? |
For the project to be successful, there should be dependance and co-ordination among different external and internal stakeholders. Some of the crucial external dependencies for being the project successful are: Restaurants, suppliers, custoemrs, delivery groups, governmental bodies, etc. |
5. Communication Strategy (specify how the project manager will communicate to the Executive Sponsor, Project Team members and Stakeholders, e.g., frequency of status reports, frequency of Project Team meetings, etc. |
Since communicaiton is the backbone to every project so, we’ve taken communciatoin plan in high concern including all the stakeholders, developers, project managers, external suppliers and so on. Firstly, there will be differnet mode of communcations among differnet levels of stakeholdres. Project team memebrs: developers will be mainly communicating through whatsapp and email. Team meetings will be organized weekly to discuss the project outcomes and goals discussions. And high level stakeholders like executive sponsor, department sponsors, and suppliers will be communicated through emails. The decisions, work progresses, outcomes, roadblocks, feedbacks will be recorded for future references and create communication reports. Hence, we’ve concluded the communication plan to be as below: I) Weekly check-ins through phone calls and whatsapp among team members to check timeline and budget flags, what the team is up to, progress reports, questions and deliverables. II) weekly email reports to relay timeline, budget and milestone particulars III) Major milestone Meetings for presentation and delivery of the deliverables. IV) Daily emails for major and minor deliverables approval, questions about project specific items.
